You may use the room escape games of Magic Rooms on your own responsibility.
Children under 12 can only take part in the game with the supervision of an adult.
You cannot enter the Magic Rooms under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Usage of any item that can harm you or your teammates is strictly prohibited.
Keep away from sources of ignition within the Magic Rooms and within a 5 meter radius!
Usage of mobile phones, flashlights is not allowed. Magic Rooms is a private property, please do not take pictures!
Please try to retain the setting and decoration elements of Magic Room. In the case of any damage you are obligated to pay for the damages.
CCTV is in action. In any case of argument we are ready to review the footage as an evidence.
The game master will brief the players about the rules of the game. All the players entering the Magic Rooms must accept these rules and terms, bearing responsibility for his actions.
Not following the rules of the game will result in immediate cancellation of the game.
Refund is only applicable if the game gets cancelled by the fault of Magic Rooms.
When reserving please provide us with real data. If we cannot contact you we have to cancel your reservation.
We reserve our right to change prices without further notice.
If you are not able to make your appointment please inform us at least 24 hours before via phone (xxx) or email (info@magicroom.hu)
If you are running late please inform us as soon as possible via phone (xxx). If you are late more than 15 minutes our game master will decide if you are allowed to play through the course with a shortened timeframe or your appointment has to be canceled.
